Bulletin de guerre

From the Fernando/Bruce "Clarity Desk" for the RFCC
Iran is continuing its reprisals against the Gulf states and categorically denies that any discussions are currently underway. The spokesperson for the Revolutionary Guards even asserted that the Americans were negotiating among themselves, rather than with Iran. He added: "Do not attempt to portray your defeat as agreements or negotiations with Tehran. Be aware that you will no longer be able to make a single investment in the region, and that you will never see oil prices return to their previous levels."
Thus, these very firm Iranian stances come in addition to the strikes carried out throughout the night against Israel—as well as against numerous American bases across the region, notably in Jordan, Erbil (Iraqi Kurdistan), Baghdad, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia—as noted by Siavosh Ghazi, RFI’s correspondent in Tehran.

A new wave of attacks was launched this morning to clearly demonstrate that Iran has now adopted a hard line: it will not yield to American demands, but instead expects the United States to accept Tehran’s own conditions—namely, the payment of $200 billion in reparations to end the war, accompanied by guarantees that no further attacks will ever be launched against Iran. It remains to be determined whether this sum is intended to compensate for the deaths of the 165 children killed by the US Air Force during the early stages of the conflict.
Furthermore, analysts suggest that the Israeli Prime Minister may have misled Trump and fomented this war as part of his ideological aspirations to establish his country as a "Greater Israel" within the Middle East—an objective pursued by seeking to weaken Iran and by illegally annexing territories in the region. Furthermore, *The New York Times* has indicated that Saudi Arabia may have been involved in the decision to launch this unprovoked attack against Iran. Stay tuned to Fernando and Bruce’s “Clarity Desk.”
